The rules and agreements that govern your relationship with Atlas Union Bank — please read them carefully before using our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atlas Union Bank's websites, mobile applications, and banking services. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By registering for, accessing, or using any product or service offered by Atlas Union Bank, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms that apply to the account, card, or loan you hold with us. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To open and maintain an account with Atlas Union Bank, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, capable of entering into a binding contract, and able to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address as part of our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified, where information provided is false or incomplete, or where required regulatory checks are not satisfied.
Our online banking, mobile application, and related services are provided for your personal or authorized business use only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the proper functioning of our platform, or to use automated tools to scrape, copy, or manipulate data displayed on our site. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PINs, and one-time passcodes confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
Certain accounts, transfers, card services, and loan products carry fees, which are disclosed to you at the point of application or in your account's fee schedule. Atlas Union Bank reserves the right to amend its fee structure with reasonable advance notice. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds to cover transactions and any associated charges; insufficient funds or failed transactions may incur additional fees as outlined in your product agreement.
Atlas Union Bank is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) with any questions about how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded in connection with these Terms and your use of our services.
Your personal data is any information which, by itself or together with other data available to us, can be used to identify you. We are committed to keeping this information safe in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and full detail on how we collect and use it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The categories of personal data we may capture and use depend on the products and services you engage with, and can include:
Atlas Union Bank will take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances where you have failed to safeguard your account credentials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to direct losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms.
If you have a concern or dispute about our services, please contact our support team first so we can work towards a resolution. Most issues can be resolved informally and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be handled in accordance with our formal complaints procedure and, where applicable, escalated to the relevant financial ombudsman or regulatory body before any court proceedings are initiated.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through your registered email address or an in-app notice, with a reasonable notice period before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the foot of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of Atlas Union Bank's services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlas Union Bank is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to settlement of any outstanding balances or obligations. Atlas Union Bank may suspend or terminate access to your account where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or where required to do so by law or regulation. Where possible, we will provide notice before terminating an account and will assist with the orderly return of any remaining funds.
